Job Summary and Qualifications

RN FT Days Infusion Clinic hours: M-F 7-4, no nights, no weekends

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the supervision of the director/manager or designee, the registered nurse provides holistic, individualized patient care in response to identified needs of the general medical/surgical patient. Additional functions will be performed in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act in a manner consistent with the mission and goals of the organization.

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

• Registered Nurse Texas State License or Compact State License required

• Experience with high acuity critical are patients is preferred

• Bachelors Degree(BSN) required

• 1+ years clinic, dialysis or hospital experience required.

• Chemo certification preferred

• Excellent phlebotomy and IV Skills required

• Experience accessing ports, fistulas, or grats highly preferred
