Job Summary and Qualifications
-
RN licensure in Texas or compact state.
-
BCLS
-
ACLS
-
Associate Degree, Diploma in Nursing, or BSN.
-
Reads and writes Basic English with the basic skills necessary to transcribe physician’s orders.
-
Knowledge of body substance isolation.
-
Ability to listen, empathize and respond to patient, family, internal and external partners needs.
-
Speak/understand Spanish
-
Preferred experience as RN in Critical Care.
-
Preferred experience a RN 1-2 years in Med-Surg or Telemetry.
-
TNCC and CCRN Certification
-
Effective communication skills; both orally and written.
-
Basic Computer skills and proficiency
-
Ability to work with others within a team to ensure high quality patient care.

Strong problem solving, critical thinking, interpersonal & organizational skills.
-
Ability to move an excess of 100 pounds, with assistance from other staff
